Reservation Guidelines:

Premium Camping Cabins:
Higby's premium camping cabins, Silver Birch and Sycamore rent all season with a 1 night minimum. These sleep up to 4 people with 2 double beds. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation. Check out their pages for more details.

Cottages
Pre-Season
May 16th- June 14th, 2025 1 night minimum
Main Season
June 14th-August 16th, 2025
Weekly Saturday-Saturday for all cottages
Post Season
August 16th-October 31st , 2025 1 night minimum
Holidays= 3 night minimum
Weekly prices are listed on cottage pages and require a minimum $200(+tax) deposit, $400(+tax) for Lakewood Pointe, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are reserving within 30 days of your stay- full payment is due at time of reservation.

A $50(+tax) cleaning fee will be added per stay.

*All stays with Higby's include: pool passes(Memorial Day- Labor Day), access to our playground with volleyball court, basketball, tether-ball, gaga ball, and play-set. You'll also have access to the campground walking trail, our lakefront to launch your kayak or canoe or sit and watch the sunset from our gazebo. The fully furnished cottages all sleep up to 6 people, have a picnic table and fire ring, initial firewood and are fully furnished. This beautiful unique cottage is just steps from the lake (you can't get much closer). Totally remodeled in 2019 this cottage has an open concept with a bunk bed area and loft. There is also an open covered porch that faces the lake!
