Elmcrest is one of our renovated, 2 bedroom, lake view cottages. It is located at 24372 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 (See the Location Map) . 

 

This super cute updated cottage has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. You will love the built in table, natural wood walls, replacement windows and cute decor in this cottage.   There is one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom has a set of double(full size) bunk-beds.  The Elmcrest Cottage at Canadohta Lake sleeps up to 6 people.  There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower (no bathtub) and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove and refrigerator.  Please bring your own sheets, bedding, pillows, towels and toiletries.

You will get initial firewood, a picnic table and fire ring for your stay with us.  The Elmcrest is next to the Troll House and across from Lynnwood Cottages.

You're gonna love this gem!  Elmcrest does have a built in electric heater in the living room and is insulated.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can book by the night with a 1 night minimum. Less than a week stay must be paid in full at time of reservation. 

​

-For the main season, we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday-Saturday, and a $200(+tax) deposit is required with your balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  If reserving within 30 days of your stay, full payment is due at time of reservation.

​

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am.

All Higby's guests have access to the pool, game room, basketball, volleyball and gaga ball.  Our 30x60 in-ground pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather and attendance permitting.

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel a Cottage or Cabin rental, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given unless the cottage or cabin is re-rented.
